The main objective of the company is to bring together small tribal farmers in remote areas for agricultural needs and collective marketing process

Company Profile

Tribal Farmers from Scheduled Areas (PESA) of Ambegaon, Junnar and Akole talukas of Pune and Ahmednagar districts came together for their overall development.

PRODUCTS

Organic Farming

The main attraction of farm products from tribal belt is the use of traditional seeds. Organic products has better prospects in this area, as it is a virgin land and no chemical pesticides are used here. Also, there have been use of hybrid seeds.

Ayurvedic Medicinal Plantation

Products like haritaki (hirada), behada, intact fruit, honey and Ayurvedic medicinal plants are being grown around Sahyadri Mountains by protecting biodiversity. These medicinal plants are considered as a rich resources of ingredients which can be used in drug development either pharmacopoeial, non- pharmacopoeial or synthetic drugs.

Agro Tourism

Agro tourism is a way of sustainable tourist development and multi-activity in rural areas through which the visitor has the opportunity to get aware about the rural environmental system like food, culture, traditions etc.. Moreover, this activity brings visitors closer to nature and rural activities and plays vital role in boosting rural economy
